Submissions may be made by either mailing a hardcopy and/or electric version of the article and Curriculum Vitae to the noted address or sending these materials via an e-mail attachment to michiganstateilr@gmail.com. Articles should be in proper citation format, as outlined in The BlueBook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th Ed.).
